1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sanad Hifz's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Sanad Hifz provides online Quran memorization (Hifz) classes connecting students with qualified teachers from Libya. Our services include:

  • Live 1-on-1 video sessions with qualified Huffadh
  • 3 sessions per week, 30 minutes each
  • Progress tracking and parent updates
  • WhatsApp communication with teachers

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be able to read Arabic from the Mushaf (or be a parent registering a child who can)
  • Commit to at least 3 sessions per week
  • Be available during our operating hours (9am-10pm UK time)
  • Have access to a stable internet connection and video-capable device

4. Payment Terms

Subscription: Our service is billed monthly at the rate shown at the time of purchase. Founding members lock in their rate forever.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Refunds: New members may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied. After this period, refunds are at our discretion.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Student Conduct

Students and parents agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time
  • Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations when possible
  • Treat teachers with respect and maintain appropriate conduct
  • Complete assigned homework and revision between sessions
  • Ensure a quiet, distraction-free environment for sessions

6. Missed Sessions

Sessions missed without notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, please coordinate directly with your teacher at least 24 hours in advance. Excessive missed sessions may result in termination of service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sanad Hifz or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Session content is for personal use only and may not be recorded or redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sanad Hifz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
